"Infuriating. Its months to get an appointment (if even possible) and trying to contact a doctor for an issue once you're a patient is nearly impossible. Calling the nursing line is an endless hamster wheel. I've called nearly 30 times today and no one even picks up. Admin? Voicemail. There's only ONE single person to even call for patient care to even complain to. I've called different locations and multiple nursing lines weren't answering. I manage to get through to a few people and it's disconnected at transfer. The disorganization is unbelievable."
"My one star review is for the calling center and appointment setting. After being on the phone for 20 minutes, (I had to scan, upload and email my 13 month old's prescription) and then was told that the prescription was incomplete and I would not be able to schedule a PT appointment. This is a pediatric center. How on earth they could make the appointment setting so absolutely inconvenient to families with small children, I cannot for the life of me understand!"
"Everyone has been wonderful here. We attend for Play Therapy (psychology) with Tyler Soos & had an Occupational Therapy evaluation done here with Erin. Both have been so insightful to our child's needs! Staff at the desk are always kind & the whole facility is spotless."
"It feels like a secret! I have been there twice, and both experiences were fantastic under the unfortunate circumstances of an ill child. They do not have the best parking; however, the second time I was there, they had free valet parking."
