"For my first visit to receive a self rejuvenating massage for my birthday, I was met at the front door with a barking dog walking toward me as I entered the salon. The massage was excellent, but the first impression with the dog greeting me was very frightening."

"If i could give it 0 stars I would. Not only did I ask for the simplest thing possible, getting brown hair with low lights (which I usually get at other salons but mine happened to be closed) I came out with Jet black hair and my face was still tinted with black dye. i have been crying for hours because I have prom this weekend and there is no way for me to get it fixed. They charged me $145 and usually I pay 60 dollars for brown hair. My friend who also went there got highlights and payed over 200 dollars and they only appeared in the front and one side has more than the other."
