"this place was a literal nightmare. i had a 10:15 appointment and didn’t get called in till almost 11:30. the staff was rude and this place looks DIRTY. doctor was nice but overall it took 2 hours for a simple physical. and when i asked how much longer until i got called i was met with a nasty attitude and no real answer. this place overbooks their patients and has horrible customer service. can’t imagine having to wait that long while actually being sick. save yourself the trouble and find a different doctors office!!!"

"Horrible customer service!!!! What do you hace a doctir if they won't see you. Have a negative Covid test from the hospital and the hospital advised me to see my primary care physician the next day. Primary Mary Vitale won't see me because "Im sick" really!!! That's the whole purpose of me wanting to see you. A BILLION TIMES I TOLD THEM IM COVID NEGATIVE!!!!! Staff is rude and unprofessional!"

"I am so disgusted and disappointed about this place. Most of them are rude. I have so many client comes here and every time they act like we here for free service. Our appointment at 2:30 they r calling who came after us. When i asked she said u will be called when ever u r called, the dr. Doesnt start until 3 o’clock. If he doesnt start until 3, y would u give me appointment 2:30. It looks like particular people gets the good service. So i have already change my doctor and my moms from here. Never again, its disgusting."

"Wow... I called to see if they accept my insurance, the lady was rude AFTER keeping me on hold for 10min then she tells me to hold while she transferred me to the “lady” that handles claims, AGAIN on hold for another 10 min???? Do you people realize that without patients you don’t have a job???? Very unprofessional...."

"Rude, unfriendly & on top of it all no social distance inside the office at all. There were 10 people inside the waiting room. I understand with COVID, precautions need to be put into place & taken. Upon arrival I was asked to take my temperature (of course, I agreed) when I told the women (Annmarie) to please take it on my hand as this maintains a distance between us she rolled her eyes - is this the type of customer service that should be given to a patient asking to respect some type of distance between each other? To my understanding, temperatures can be taken in numerous ways as doctors have stated."
