"The store manager was absolutely racist....... Her name is Beth, I asked one of the workers there for a price of a winter coat, which didn't have the price tag on it. She immediately asked Her boss (the store manager) who was near us. She rudely answered her in front of me, " I can only do one thing at a time." I said, "There's no rush, take your time" and she responds: "The price of that jacket is around $400.00" then I asked if that was the real price, or if it was just an idea. She responds "that's the price" with such an attitude. That didn't sound right to me. So, I said: "I'll wait until you guys help me to get the real price of it". In the meantime I kept looking on the same rack and I found the same exact jacket with the price tag on it ,and it WASN'T $400 it was $139.00. I told them right away, and the store manager didn't seem happy. She didn't even apologize. I feel like she just randomly picked a high price almost assuming i wouldn't be able to afford it, because i'm spanish????? All this happened in front of my 13 year old"

"Very busy during Christmas shopping. Line was extremely long. But it went super fast no issues. Got a few thing needed for Christmas shopping."

"Manager was rude and had the doors locked before 10minutes before 6pm on Christmas eve even tho Google clearly stated they were open until 6. I asked him if I could run and grab the one item I needed as a gift for my fiancés grandmother and he said no the registers were off when you can also clearly still see shoppers inside. Do better if you don’t wanna be at work on a holiday don’t show up cuz your attitude sucks!"

"While being rung up by Christine S, I waited a good 2 min while she was standing there talking to her friend. She then made a comment to her friend that she “wished he would stop sending people to her line when she’s doing something.” Right in front of me. When my transaction was complete she gave me my receipt and did say a word. Terrible customer service."

"This place has a little bit of everything at a decent cost. There are some adorable doggie outfits and toys here, along with some nice plate sets. This is the first time I've been in a combined Marshalls/HomeGoods. I also liked the select of food and ingredients. I wanted to purchase a stand I saw and asked an associate named Patty for help. She was super helpful, brought the item to the front for me, and waited till I loaded my vehicle to confirm that it fit and that I could take the item home the same day. I'll be back here to check things out when I need something. I'm only removing one star because the stickers on items, HomeGood or by the vendor can be horrible to take off, causing a lot of frustration, especially with food items."
