"This past Saturday I brought my lab in for a bleeding cyst on her tail. This was my first time at RBVH & We had the pleasure of being treated by Dr McCarthy. Dr McCarthy was phenomenal and really took the time to explain everything. She is knowledgeable in her field and ensured I had a full understanding of the treatment plan. She also knew I was anxious waiting on results and took the time to call me on a Sunday to give me an update. The girls at the front were also lovely. We really appreciate your team. Thank you!"
"We went in for a recheck. Dr. Glass, veterinary neurologist, was excellent as usual. We love that he treats us intelligently, with respect, while treating Doobie, our labradoodle, with caring. Dr. Glass’ experience shines through every time. The place itself is also very nice and clean."
"RBVH is always one I recommend to people when they ask. Top notch care, great staff from the front door all the way to the top. Whether it’s an emergency, having to see a specialist or a routine visit, I’ve never had a bad experience over the years. I love that it’s a very large practice, never have to be referred out & having full staff in house 24/7. They also offer a rescue discount to qualified & verified 501c3’s which is fantastic! Highly recommend."
