Highland Lofts, located at 350 Scotland Road in the City of Orange, New Jersey, is a historic building with a rich industrial past. Originally built in 1926 by the Wm. Wright Company, Inc, the building has been repurposed into 19 loft style units that boast urban industrial aesthetics such as high ceilings, oversized factory style windows, and exposed brick walls. Situated on the border of Orange and West Orange, Highland Lofts is conveniently located near the Valley Arts District, a vibrant neighborhood that is undergoing a transformation from a former hat making capital to a hub for artists and creatives.
