"I have been going to Acme in Runnemede for a long time. It has always been a pleasure until today. I just can't believe that the employee Jane at customer service is employed there. She is very ignorant and miserable. I also work in retail and have done so for 30 years. I know it's not for everyone. Jane should be in a department where she doesn't have direct contact with customers. If she works for Acme she should make customers happy and want to come back. She doesn't give out that vibe. If it wasn't for ALL of the other employees there that make it a pleasure I would probably never go back. I just wanted to voice my opinion and let you know that today definitely wasn't a good experience. I hope someone will let her know that she needs to change her attitude or think about changing careers."
