"Found Dr. Annabel on zocdoc and decided to see her as our PCP. Great experience for our first time in an Optum office. The medical assistant does vitals, then doctor comes in for the physical check up and chat. Lastly when you’re done seeing the Dr., you’re guided to get your bloodwork and urine test from Labcorp around the corner on the same floor. The doctor and her staff were all so kind and helpful to my husband and I. There’s also free parking for visitors in the back. Hope to see my results and keep her. She listened to each of us very carefully and took her time to ask questions."

"Dr Agcopra is an AMAZING person - She really listens and treated me like a human being and not just a number! Thank you for that! And the receptionist was really lovely too! I would like to comment on previous reviewer’s comment about the dr bring late for appointment - I know it’s not convenient - but, think about it like this - if you need more of her time, then you would appreciate how easily the time flies. She didn’t rush me when I was crying my heart out. She showed compassion and kindness towards me."

"The labcorp at the riverside medical group. Has no lunch break on their schedule but they do close your LUNCH at their convenience time. Even if you call before they will be like timing is 8:30-4:30. This is very inconvenience for anyone who’s upcoming during their break time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They don’t care about your timing or your inconvenience. People who work at Labcorp are selfish and they don’t labcorp needs to hire better technicians."

"So I came to riverside to see my doctor, Who wasn’t there today. And was left with this lady. I had an 11 o’clock appointment and I was seen at 1215pm . She comes in to the room and she tries to be really nice by telling me to calm down and doesn’t understand why I’m there because she can’t read a chart and find a referral which was attached to the paper outside the door. Whatever. I kept rolling my eyes at her condescending tone and approach of phoniness , so transparent. Stick with your original doctor people, she has no time management experience, is critical if she doesn’t like your tone, and also she barged out the room and severely ruined her credibility as a professional doctor by exiting the room like a brat with a tantrum. Have a great day people ! And stay away from brats who claim to be adults lmao."
