"If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Car N Drive / 909 Drive, I strongly recommend taking heed of the numerous negative reviews. Regrettably, I did not, and my experience turned out to be a significant disappointment. Upon arriving at the dealership to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in, I found the car available for a test drive. The test drive was satisfactory, although the car's interior was somewhat dirty. The salesperson, a young man whose name I cannot recall, was courteous and helpful. The issues began during the financing process. I was assisted by Sam, who was initially polite and accommodating, especially when I mentioned I would be using external financing. After a lengthy one-hour wait for the sales breakdown, the young salesperson introduced me to the finance manager, Mo. Mo was extremely rude, confusing me with another customer, and incorrectly insisted that my address was wrong. He did not apologize once he realized his mistake. Mo then presented a sale breakdown with a total of $27,000, despite the car being advertised at $19,999. After I pointed out the discrepancy, he corrected the price. I proceeded to put down a deposit and was instructed by Sam to bring a check for the agreed amount. Following my bank’s approval, I secured the check within two days and contacted the dealership before heading there. No to mention they knew we live two hours away. However, upon my arrival and presentation of the check, I was informed of a significant issue: the dealership did not possess the vehicle's title. The title needed to be in my name for the bank to process the check, a fact they failed to communicate earlier when we had called. Sam offered to either keep the check or have me hold onto it; naturally, I chose the latter. The dealership then attempted to blame my financial institution for the problem, when in fact it was their own shady business practice of trying to sell cars without having the titles in their possession. I subsequently contacted my bank to understand the title process and was informed that the title was not required until five months post-purchase. In summary, my experience with Car N Drive / 909 Drive was presented through poor communication, rude service, unprofessional behavior(vaping while trying to close deal), and misinformation. I would advise potential customers to thoroughly consider other options and be cautious if choosing to proceed with this dealership."

"These people suck and don’t fall for the fake reviews. I seen the car I wanted so I put a down payment on it and returned about 4 days later with the rest of the cash. When I return (which is a 3 hour trip), they tell me they gave the car back. They didn’t have decency to call me to inform ahead of time. Then they tried to sell me another car which was way out of my price range (absolutely wasn’t going to happen). They wouldn’t even try to compensate me for the ride back home. These people are scumbags"

"Please do not buy a car from here!!I wish I can rate 0 stars they sold me a car that was overheating. Car n drive kept the car in front of there shop until the warranty expired while lieing to me on the phone that they was fixing it so now I was stuck with over 1200$ worth of car payments.Moe is a very good liar. They even stole my bolts from my car and lost my car keys. Please don’t let this happen to you, go somewhere else!!!!!!! They will get somebody in a very bad car crash one day at this rate, I’m currently pressing charges!!! All the high rated reviews are AI these people should be in jail! These people also use computer scanners to erase the check engine lights very good liars"
