"The associates seemed tired they didn't really feel interested in the customers. I wish they had self check out only because they do have other stuff to do and would create more time for them to finish their work. My experience again was not a good one. Trust me don't go here. There is always a problem with the register, the line is always long, there is always one cashier. Just don't go here go somewhere else. This does have cash back. Good luck"

"Last night I stopped in this store looking for specific items that I've needed for a few months. One item was small glue sticks. I went down the craft aisle no less than three times and couldn't find them. While in other aisles, I saw an employee that was helping other customers run by me a couple of times but I didn't want to hold him up so I didn't stop him. So I gave up and headed to the checkout. That same employee, Joe, called me over. I began unloading my cart and asked Joe about the glue sticks. He told me where they were and when he noticed that I didn't pick one up he came over to make sure I found them. I needed the glue sticks for a small glue gun not the rub on glue in a tube. Joe ran to get them in the craft aisle and brought them to me and showed me where they were. Great customer service with a smile!!"
