"I've had a mixed experience with Mind Your Mind NJ. My therapist, Shirley, has been phenomenal—always attentive and supportive. However, the psychiatrists have been inconsistent. The first seemed disinterested, the second was combative, and the third missed an appointment without notice. Besides my therapist, my overall experience with Mind Your Mind has been disappointing."
"Absolute trash. My first therapist there didn’t seem to know anything, the second one was also ineffective and really flaky, and the third one was rude and unhelpful and actually hung up on me when I said I wanted to change the subject. Do not use, they will make you worse."
"They literally stopped answering my texts. I am trying desperately to find a therapist and they won’t even give me the time of day anymore. Do yourself a favor and find an agency that has more knowledge and experience and employs people who actually care about helping others."
"Horrific. If you don't want to treat and serve patients. Why become a phycologist. You have extremely vulnerable people coming to you for help. And the neglect I received is something out of a horror movie. I was almost ready to call state board on 2 doctor who treated me. You should not be able to have a license In this field if your not interested in helping vulnerable people. Absolute neglect. Do your self a favor. If you are in crisis do not come or call this facility. Neglectful doctors and nurse practitioner work here. Be very careful. Mental Health should be addressed with kindness compassion and competent doctors and nurses. Have a great Day."
"I've never been exposed to a more poorly run practice in all my years. I've had to switch prescribers 3 times now. I've waited over a month for a simple single medication and had to have 3 total appointments with 3 different prescribers. Every time I've called I get a completely different excuse or flat out lie because who ever picks up the phone is too lazy to review your file or ever follow up with you like they promise. I've requested to speak with a supervisor 3 times and have been ignored and told there is no supervisor available. These people do not care about their patients wellbeing, however they love making money from unneeded appointments."
