"I didn’t need my storage unit anymore so I moved out but if I ever need a storage hands down I will go straight to this facility Ryan and Cindy always took care of me, they always answered my questions and were always very patient with me and every other customer that walked in too. It is always very clean, Safe, and very easy to get in and out. THANK YOU EXTRA SPACE FOR KEEPING MY THINGS SAFE!!!!!"

"Three of the four bay doors were out of commission for *weeks*. Every time I went to my unit, there were always people already in the one working bay door so I had to park outside, get a cart, and then bring everything in. The final straw was when I had to unload 5 wheels/tires from my vehicle in the rain. This was a complete inconvenience so I contacted them to request a discount and no one got back to me, even though corporate said they reached out to my facility. Bathroom is always *disgusting* with no soap or paper towels, and the last time I was in there, there was a pair of women's panties behind the door. In addition to the ongoing issue with the doors, one of the elevators was also broken. This is basically a brand new facility and I am surprised and disappointed at the lack of upkeep. They also never informed me that the rate I was getting was an introductory rate and that it would more than double (when I spoke to the guy this weekend he said i should have gotten a postcard but i never did). I feel that should have been clearly explained when I went in to pick up the keys, AND it should be shown on the website. There's not even an asterisk next to the price, no reason for me to believe this is not the price i was locking in. I believed it would be $34 a month and instead it was $71, which is even higher than the in store price they list on the website. This is very deceitful. Very disappointed in the entire experience and would not recommend to anyone. I did end up renting another unit through Extra Space in Philly and they have been phenomenal."

"I recently spoke with Ryan today and he could have not been more helpful. I have had this unit for many months and he is a welcome addition to this location. Answered all questions politely and did not make me feel like an old lady. Plus, he has a great sense of humor which is a plus for customer service. I will be looking into another or bigger unit before the end of the year because of him. I used to live in a condo near to this location and will spread the word about him to the residents.
