From Zen Diva to Diva Bootycamp, our unique classes cater to all fitness levels and interests. Our Fit Diva membership has seen incredible success stories within our community, and our signature Divas 'N Heels class is a must-attend event every Friday. Founded by best friends Samantha and Michelle, Studio Diva is a safe and welcoming space where women can feel confident and balanced. Their passion for dancing and empowering others led them to create Divas 'N Heels, a hip hop dance class that has grown into a supportive community for women in the NJ/PA area. With the opening of Studio Diva, Sam & Shelly have expanded their offerings to include a variety of wellness-centered classes for all to enjoy.
