"I just love the classes with the owner of Lightbox, Janett. All the teacher there are great unique People with high knowledge and spiritual deepens. The Yoga Studio ist really nice, small in the physical dimension but very huge energetically. Enough space for the body and our infinity wizard, with all props for successful yoga praxis. Janett in her classes is pragmatic, humorous, empathic, spiritual, kreativ and so much more. Every class is unique but always challenging for the body and liberating for the Mind and Soul. I'm full of gratitude every time I can be a part of the class."

"Janet’s classes are filled with inspiration and education. She has smart sequencing to keep yogis safe yet challenged with a deep knowledge of human anatomy with a very natural/genuine way of teaching. Not all people who are great at yoga can teach it. Janet excels here. She provides teachings and modifications to support every level and desire. I leave practice feeling incredibly balanced and strong, connected to my breath practice and my body, rejuvenated, receptive and open in my mind/heart and uplifted in my mood. If I’m not reflecting on everything I learned in practice I am planning the next time I can schedule her class while I drive home. It’s great yoga friends. "I’ve been taking 3-4 classes a week here since it’s opening, and I’ve enjoyed both the welcoming, friendly community and the wide array of classes. I can take physically challenging flow classes that lean towards strength and flexibility, or calming, gentler classes if I want a more zen and healing/stretching session. All the teachers and styles are great, and every class has been both accessible and challenging for all levels. Highly recommended for new, experienced, or advanced yogis."
