"Integrity, quality, and attentiveness. We just finished a complete remodel of a 70's style original kids' bathroom with Tri County Development Group. From our first contact with Tri County to the completion of this project, working with Trevor who was our project manager was an absolute pleasure. For starters, Trevor returned all phone calls promptly. This is almost unheard of anymore and it was greatly appreciated. Any and all concerns were addressed by Trevor every step of the way. Initially we had concerns because Tri County does work with sub contractors for certain parts of the renovation. We were worried about who these subcontractors were, and also about being "squeezed in" alongside other larger renovations and almost did not go with Tri County for that reason. This was a baseless concern. Not only did their subcontractors arrive first thing in the morning on their assigned days but they were ALL wonderful. Trevor did a fantastic job of coordinating and orchestrating the many moving parts. The workmanship of all team members and subcontractors was excellent. Additionally everyone we had in our home was professional and courteous. There was never a mess in the house at the end of the day. Did it all go as planned? Of course not. We hit some snags along the way and the project wound up taking longer than anticipated but these things happen in any renovation. What sets one contractor apart from another is how that contractor deals with the bumps. When unforeseen "surprises" arose they were dealt with without issue. Trevor promised we'd be happy with this renovation and he truly delivered. Would absolutely call them again in the future and recommend them to friends. "We worked closely with the owner, Joe. Our Project Manager was Ted. We could not be happier with the work they did in our new home. We had our master bath completely re-done. We moved plumbing, added electrical, added a state-of-art all-new huge shower, all new tile on the floor and up the walls, custom cabinets, lighting, you name it, we replaced it. The craftsmanship was top notch. The end result looks like a luxury spa retreat. All of the subcontractors were great (thank you, Jeff, Jill, Brian, Barry, George, etc.). And Joe & Ted were super responsive, patient, and provided tons of peace of mind throughout the whole process. They came in under budget, and right on time. They made what could have been a super stressful process very smooth. And they stand behind their work, always responded when we reached out with questions, and accommodated our schedule. "Tri County Development Group does outstanding work. I was a single mom who had bought a 100 year old historic home that needed a gut renovation from top to bottom. I was in trouble. The home didn't have a certificate of occupancy and was considered a fire hazard. I was nervous and distracted by two small boys. I had to install AC, insulation, replace knob and tube wiring, fix support beams that had been eaten away by termites and there was no kitchen or bathrooms. It was a nightmare. I met with Ken and I trusted him. The work he did was stunning and he came in under budget. He knew it was going to be a rental and knew what to put in to attract renters. He put in two full bathrooms, a brand new stunning kitchen and opened up the whole front floor. He made a second floor laundry room. I had no problem finding a tenant and my dad used Ken on a project at our house. The part I am most thankful for is that I've been in a jam at the house (animals took up residence inside the lower part of the roof, the tenants put a hole in the wall, tenants clogged drain, etc...) and Ken, and his son, have responded to every single text and it's been two years since the renovation (2015-2017). If you hire this company, you'll get outstanding work, a completely finished project and within your budget. I can't speak highly enough of this company. They become friends. An honest contractor is rare and Tri County is a unicorn."

"What a perfect experience I had with Tri County Development Group who just finished my upstairs laundry room addition! The room turned out beautiful, and each person who came to my home to work on it was such a pleasure to have in my home- professional, respectful, courteous, and friendly! Tri County Development Group was my choice because they built my friend's beautiful kitchen.
