"Starting off - my first impression of the practice was Gwen the scheduler who assisted me. What a blessing!! She was helpful, wonderful, and I can't even say how important she was to me. When I saw Dr. Schaefer she was incredibly thorough, pleasant, helpful and truthfully patient because the scans that were done elsewhere weren't working. She contacted the radiology center personally while I was with her and was able to access remotely. What a wonderful experience when I was truly stressed out!"

"I am so very upset right now and that is why I am sharing my experience. Dr. Schaefer was amazing, I was her patient just before I moved to TX. After a year of seeing her I found out I had breast cancer. She made the time to have a phone call with me to review my results from my Dr's here in TX. Shortly after I received a bill for $304.00. I called the office and was told they would take care if it, that I shouldn't have been billed etc. I recently received another bill, called the office and they said they would send something showing it was just a phone call (not sure what that was going to to), but today I received a notice from collections showing the $304.00 due. I highly doubt Dr. Schaefer is aware of this and I am so upset at the office staff. Now I've no choice to pay otherwise my credit is ruined. I thought this was a discussion with the Dr. who was so very helpful during a very difficult time in my life, now a year later I'm dealing with collections. I wouldn't have done that had I known."
