"I came to doctor’s office to get info about medical examination and to make an appointment today. Even though it was within working hours and his assistance was sitting at her desk, she had already locked the door and didn’t even bother herself to get up and let me in to hear me. Instead she make a hand sign to call her just to say me to call tomorrow. I insisted that it is her working hour right now and i want to make an appointment (not to see the doctor at that time), she refused and kept scrolling her cell phone. I never pass in front of this clinic again!"

"Today was my first visit with Dr. Falcon. What a refreshing experience to receive such great patient care. Very kind, thorough, and amazing bedside manner. It does take a while to get an appointment, but I feel like it has been decades since I've seen a doctor of his calibre and care. His receptionist staff could take a page out of his book because they tend to be prickly and dismissive (both in person and over the phone) when it comes to their own professionalism and hospitality. Aside from that, he is wonderful and I am happy to have found him!"

"The doctor is good...well educated but getting to see him when you are sick is a mission. You have to predict when you will be sick so you can make an appointment. He will not see you the same day because they go by appointments only. I have called several different times that by when he can see me I have used over the counter medicine along with home remedies that by the time of the "appointment" I'm not as sick. If I could order myself antibiotics I wouldn't need him anymore."
