"The office is very cleaned,but due to the fact that this doctor and maybe the other ones at this office and or that are related to it are part of the Hackensack Meridian Health and or another Health Net they have to follow certain guidelines when it comes in how to manage their patients. They ARE told to do certain stuff on patients that many times would DEFEAT the purpose of healing,but that is what happens when these doctors can NOT work independently and manage to pay the bills and other expenses for their outpatient clinics by themselves. Their boses play the music and they have to dance as per the boses pleasure..The patients are those that have to pay the price through their insurances so for example one thing that I noticed was that when getting blood withdrawal here for blood tests they take out of you five times the amount of blood that should be taken..If a person suffers from anemia withdraing so much blood worsens it.Dr Basil knows a lot ,but can not help himself and tries to push his patients to take all different kind of pills .He has to try and teach the natural ways to cure the patients 'conditions ,for example Vit D deficiency can be cured by having some daily sun exposure ect. ect..Unless they improve and cut off from the oppression of their Healtcare net I can NOT recommend them.Once we tried to get for a family member medications send from this doctor to CVS PHARMACY,HIS SECRETARIES WERE CARELESS THEY DID NOT RESPONFD to US, OR CVS PHARAMCY THEY ARE SIMPLY RUDE..The other issue is that a female patient is saying in her review here that she could text this doctor after hours for any health issues and he responds to her ...that is very cheesy too.Usually and almost never doctors give their personal cell phone numbers to their patients."

"You have to call a bunch of times for someone to answer. Then, they put you on hold for 20 minutes. The doctor doesn’t see you as a person. Every patient is just a number to him. Only positive thing I can think of is that it’s a convenient location being located on Bergenline."
