"I previously deleted my review due to the experience I had almost a year later. While the doctor was great, the billing issues and back of house staff has been a poor experience. They billed me a year later for something I had paid on my last visit because they can't find it on their system. It's disappointing and I won't be returning."

"Experience with the doctor was not bad but the idiots managing prescriptions are what make me never want to return to this place. I have to wait almost two weeks to get my prescription meds and run the risk of getting an infection all because they insisted on using their pharmacy, “Capsule” despite me providing the pharmacy I use. After still sending it through Capsule, I get the link and see they forgot one of my medications. I had to call them to add it. After, I check with Capsule and they won’t deliver because I live too far so I call back the doctor’s office to instruct them to send it to my pharmacy. That was last Thursday. Fast forward to Monday and they still had not sent my prescription. I had to call again for them to send the prescription but because the order was not cancelled with the other pharmacy, I now have to wait another week and a half before I’m even able to pick up these medications. I will never return to this doctor’s office again."
