"The worst methadone clinic i've ever set foot in. They use these monitors like at the DMV. They have a waiting room and you have stay for months before you "earn" privilege. I was there for 3 years. At 100 Dollars a week, their rate over those 3 years I could have 15,000USD - I could buy a car. The Methadone game is legal drug dealing.Ive been in it for 10 years and I regret every one of those years. You need to decide NO I DONT WANT TO USE. And then stop - when you can. The longer you go to these clinic the more it will mentally mess you up. Sometimes I cry just walking into them because of how demeaning it is."

"as an adult i never had insursane so i rarely went to a dr. finally at 40 i got insurance and was told by my sister to go to OHI because they are all inclusive in one building, and she had a great experience. so i did go and was given an appt with dr. jay , who i love btw, i have been seeing dr jay for about 5 years now and i have no complaints. i never wait, i always get called back if need be, my meds are always on time, and i have never felt judged there. i have had some bad experiences with medicaid docs. why see us if you dont care to? but not DR JAY and the staff in brick, they are absolutly wonderful. i have had only 2 bad visits with ohi and neither of them was in the brick office. i dont know what im gonna do if dr jay ever retires. thank you so much for making me as important as anyone else!!"

"The receptionist and nurse were wonderful, but I was left waiting 30 minutes in my room for the doctor. When the doctor arrived, it felt very rushed and she barely asked any questions. My results were posted on Wednesday morning, and now I’m left waiting until Monday or possibly later for the doctor to call me about my results and a prescription. OHI Toms River is a better choice as they are friendlier and call you about your results as soon as they are posted."

"I went there today and from the beginning I was very impressed by everyone in the facility. From the receptionist, nurse and doctor. All staff were professional, friendly and courteous. And Dr. Wortell was exceptional. He took his time to listen to my concerns and complaints. He explained everything about my treatment and follow-up in a very simple and understandable way. I felt that I am in good hands with this provider. Well thank you!"
