"Office location is very accessible to main road parking is adequate, very clean, and safe location. Waiting area was well organized clean and comfortable, brightly lit. The front desk staff was very welcoming, noticeable the staff appeared happy and engaging with other clients. As a new client, yes the welcoming package, a stack of get to know you forms to complete. Once completed., I was approached by my dentist assistant, sorry forgot her name. However she was extremely attentive, she performed the full X-ray, while asking pertenent questions, never being to intrusive. Afterwards my dentist Catherine entered the room, I immediately was embarrassed by her polite and caring demeanor, she made my day. She was extremely knowledgeable of her practice, explaining my X-ray findings, thoroughly evaluating my teeth and gums, where I actually understood what was being said ( Dentistry for dummies #1 ).
