"I visited this salon today on a whim based on the glowing 5 star reviews. To say that I was completely displeased is an understatement. I have naturally full brows, which I love. Immediately after being seated for service I was explicitly clear in my request to keep my brows full! I only wanted a cleaning! After the service was completed and I sat up from the chair and looked in the mirror, I was horrified. My eyebrows were so thin. I was just in shock. I asked what happened! I reiterated that I requested to keep my brows full. Apologies ensued and I was told that next time they would be sure to keep them full. The woman at the front desk repeatedly said how nice they look. How they look to her isn't much the issue as I am the customer. Unfortunately there will not be a next time for me at this salon!"
