DanceWorks Studios, located at 127 Grove Street in Montclair, New Jersey, is a creative, educational, and supportive institution for dancers of all levels. With a focus on individual attention and personal growth, our experienced instructors provide the tools necessary for students to develop both physically and mentally. Director Kathy Costa McKeown believes in teaching serious dance training in a safe, nurturing, and fun-loving environment, ensuring a positive atmosphere for all dancers. At DanceWorks Studios, we are committed to offering the most current and inspiring dance education, while also emphasizing the importance of personal growth as a dancer. Students are expected to attend classes regularly throughout the dance season, which runs from September to June. Technique is emphasized from September to February, with choreography beginning for the Annual Spring Dance Concerts in February. All students will have the opportunity to perform in the concerts in June.
