"Do not come here. I filled my 2021 and 2022 taxes and they charged me twice for 2021 tax services. I have yet to get a refund from them and the people that were “helping me” from this office aren’t there because this office is a seasonal office. It’s been weeks and I haven’t had any type of refund."

"AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! Terrible experience, I sat with a tax “expert” for over an hour to be told that my taxes couldn’t be finished and I had to come back so that they can finalize them. I should have read prior reviews before making an appointment."

"Stay away from this place. I have since moved out of state but I did my taxes here last year and it’s all screwed up. I went onto the IRS website and they told me I owed over $2500 when I had a refund and the lady there did not enter my 1095 a tax form. I called another H&R Block representative in this place to help me as I was directed to to call the office back and they would refund me my fees that it cost to do the refund and pay partial my taxes owed for the mistake. The lady there was absolutely no nothing she can do. It’s not showing on her end, and that I would have to contact the IRS itself. She would not even give me a manager or a corporate phone number to speak to someone who could help me . Their mistake is now created a huge mess with the IRS, which I cannot get through because nobody answers the phone to get some answers. I’m calling for days and this lady here was absolutely no health. Bottom line is the agent that filed my taxes last year screwed up royally"

"When I needed them the most they just turned their back. My tax lady (I.M.), been filling with her for years, stalks me to make an appointment at the beginning of the year, but when i needed help she disappeared. I will never go back. I needed help and more understanding. And she just did not help at all. Filed with turbotax instead. Thanks"

"So I went last week to get my taxes done. I made an appointment online and when I got there I was told the person I made the appointment with was not there and that the senior person was not able to help me so they gave me a new person. Which I understand everyone needs to start somewhere and I gave her a chance. She was very nice however I do not feel my best interests were being made. I had to keep asking for things (discount, things to add). I should not have to ask, options should be given to me to get the best return. My return was not extremely complex however my cost was!!! I paid my private accountant less money for a more complex return. The price was outrageous. I had to make three trips to complete everything. I will say the woman at the front desk was AMAZING and she had more knowledge then the senior and new combined. She helped me get a coupon and she was awesome. I will not do my taxes again with H&R because the price was just too high and I need somewhere will they will work for me not me doing all the work and then paying high prices. I am disappointed as my dad used them quite often and had only nice things to say. Why did I set an appointment with someone who was not there? Bad start, I wish the new person much luck and I hope she gets better help from the senior staff when she has customers. I will end up paying this year but I think I could have been liable for a lot less."
