"I had a similar experience as other reviewers did. Ryan starts off communicating and and working on taxes and then he stops. He has not answered emails or phone calls for months. I got him on the phone immediately by inquiring about new client services, but after he realized that I was not a new client, he again stopped all communication. Very unprofessional, unresponsive and I would recommend looking elsewhere for your Tax needs. He is considered an “ELP” or Endorsed Local Provider by national financial powerhouse Dave Ramsey, however I don’t think they have checked up on him in a while as the service is subpar and you won’t get a response from Ryan."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RYAN. HE IS DISHONEST AND UNRELIABLE. I paid Ryan $1,575 when I hired him to be the accountant for my small business. As soon as he received my money he stopped returning my calls. He did not file my second quarter sales taxes or even respond to emails about paying them. We are now in the fourth quarter and Ryan has still been ignoring me. I am now pursuing him in court to return my money. He provided no services and will not even communicate with me. I am reporting him to the state of New Jersey for fraud."

"As somebody who always used Turbo Tax I wasn't sure about going to an accountant, until I saw my refund. I went to Ryan yesterday and have already recommended him to others. He knows what he is talking about and answers any questions you have. Don't be mislead into thinking tax software saves you money. I can tell you from experience, it's not true. Save time and ultimately money by going to Hoboken Tax."
