"this program wasted nearly all of my time. roughly 6 months to be exact. i went to this program in 2022 aware of my psyche, punctual with how i spoke as to come across concisely, and one of the clinicians i had would explicitly speak down on me in such an elaborate way as to debunk this ‘facade’ which he would frequently describe me as having. he would not drop his incentive, his ideals, no matter how i explained myself to him. he could not put past his self inflated narccism as a mental health ‘professional’ . i had dressed myself up formally (as there was no regulated dress code at the time i was in this program) as i do regularly to go there, (i had no other reason to dress up or go out anywhere at this time as he suggested for me be home-bound and limit all social interaction) and he only expressed that i was “improving” myself once i made changes in altering the style and comfort of my wardrobe at his personal preference. this clinician would victimize my point of view as a woman out of the relationship i had described to him, though i held so much responsibility for myself, which he very much and strongly denied every time it was mentioned. then he turned me into the abuser in another story. months later, the person whom i was in that relationship with, (as described to my clinician) also went to this program, high focus. the clinician we were both assigned to broke a confidentiality by explaining to my partner that i was, in the words of a ‘qualified therapist,’ a “manipulative groomer”. i am the same age as the person in the relationship, and i constantly told my clinician how i wanted to improve myself for that relationship. this clinician used my confidential information, unprofessionally, just to make his job easier with a new client, my boyfriend. to my knowledge, this clinician has been fired for other misdemeanor. as a readily profiting program you should be ensuring the quality of your employees. good day."

"All of the clinicians were very respectful and kind. My clinician Laura was very helpful! Laura gave me great advice and tips to improve my life! Laura also looked out for me when I was in the hospital. Laura also enjoyed having me in group therapy! Laura also has a kind and sweet personality! The people who run the groups are very professional and straightforward. You get the most out of it by going in person. I also like how they encourage us to process in group. Everyone is excellent and encourages you to process and give feedback to others. It's also a judgment free zone which is amazing! They make you feel comfortable and like you belong!"

"My daughter attended the program twice. She was extremely reluctant but warmed up and actually enjoyed going. She felt really comfortable talking to the clinicians, specifically Kaitlyn & Cody, the 2nd time around. This says a lot, especially because my daughter doesn't like to talk much, but she did there! Kaitlyn was always available and answered phone calls, texts, or emails in a timely manner. She was always available when my daughter needed to speak to someone. They are genuinely concerned. Dr Ryan always listened, provided feedback, and ensured her prescription was sent on time."

"I loved it here personally. It was great and I did not want to leave. At first I believed that I was mentally stable but after being basically driven by my parents friends and family to go get the help needed I was able to take a break and relax. Once I attended multiple groups I could find others who I can relate to and we learn how to get better. Don’t forget to take notes when your in group!"
