"I would give this place a -100 cause I come here alot but today she showed me her real colors I came like at 8pm and she closes at 10pm mind u she said this is not the time to wash clothes excuse me and then I had some stuff tht I needed to wash and she told me that I was wasting water like seriously ok I come here three times a week and spend at least 60 everytime so for u to tell a costumer wen or how to wash is ridiculous and if u dont like your profession change it simple u don't have to be nasty cause u haven't slept hire more people simple but I won't be coming back u lost a customer"

"I tried calling twice before coming in person to ask about their prices for bedsheets. They never answered so I decided to show up instead and inquire. The lady who worked never once told me that it would have been expensive for bedsheets when I told her I had a lot more to bring over. It took me two trips to bring all my laundry over on the expectation that it could be done and when she told me the prices, she suggested I do it instead in the machines they have there. Not once telling me that they only accept cash for their money card. I had to do several trips trying to get my stuff there and when I couldn’t do anything about it because I wasn’t told it was only cash I had to leave with all my clothes because she couldn’t give me all of the information before bringing my things over. She could’ve warned me about it accepting cash or that it was going to be expensive for thick bedsheets or anything! Completely unprofessional and unhelpful go somewhere else."

"Machines are huge, cheap prices, cleaned area always and also has customer parking lot very great for having lots of laundry and not having to worry about parking. Also like that the owners here are the only workers, because in other laundry mats workers are lazy and don't hardly clean and then take out your laundry. But, in this laundromat this place is amazing also u have space to sit down and can watch tv while your clothes drys. Manager/owner lady very nice"
