"Staff are ok but they often seem overbooked. Most times I come the waiting room is full and I’ve had to wait over an hour past the appointment time to be seen- very inconvenient. There are probably more reliable places to go."

"the receptionist is very slow and always has a problem with someone or something, my appointment was at 9:30 i came in at 9:00 and they didn’t get to me until 10:00. this place is a mad house, good luck."

"Their staff on the phone (before appointment), the reception staff (before appointment), and the doctor (during the appointment) all said they would bill my visit as a preventative care visit. THEY WON'T. Straight lie. Now I'm left with a bill for a 10min visit that was purely preventative. My insurance company AGREES it was preventative - but Schweiger is not interested in discussing it and respond with copy paste emails. It is okay if you don't carry out preventative reviews. Just let me know in advance rather than trapping me. The doctor himself was rather efficient despite not understanding the billing."

"Good experience making an appointment on the phone. I arrived 15 min before my appointment and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes after I was supposed to be seen. I was only called after asking the front desk when I’d be seen. The woman who took my initial information was very kind and pleasant. I had a great visit with Jennifer Goldberg who told me that she specializes in skin of color."

"I made an appointment here in advance for my daughter. I advised the lady of the insurance while scheduling this appointment as well as providing the policy number and they guaranteed that they accepted the insurance. I drove 40 minutes to get here for the receptionist to apologize and say the doctor here today does not accept the insurance but I can come back tomorrow to see the doctor who does. She looked into the account and realized the call center has put in the appointment incorrectly causing me to waste my time coming out today. I am beyond furious that i had to drag my newborn and 4 year old out to an appointment I can’t even have her seen at. This is a mess. If the call center is responsible for appointments PLEASE in office have the receptionist double check PRIOR to the appointment to make sure it was not made in error. I received 3 messages via text confirming this appointment also and no one said anything about not accepting the insurance. Waste of time."
