"The area was clean and only one charger was in use when I pulled up at 3:00 PM on a Monday. They all appeared to be working. The charge was from 57 to 90% for a trip, the 33.4KWH took 35 minutes. It was at 70 kw until I hit 80% Good experience"
"Terrible experience, of the four charging stations only one was operational causing a backlog of vehicles waiting to charge. This has been the case for over two weeks now so unsure if technicians actually come to service the machines regularly when there is an issue. The Electrify America customer service line is also not very helpful in resolving these issues."
"Reduced power, it takes hours to charge, it’s there just for show, literally useless. Classic electrify America, four stations, only one working. If you trust these losers and hit the road, you’ll need road assistance."
"Four chargers listed at 150kw that deliver 22 kw. There is a message that indicates ea knows of the situation. This is the same for several weeks in July 2023. Otherwise a nice place to stop ( if you have a Tesla)."
"nice and clean area for charging with 4 stations and 8 ports, out of which 1 is not working. but I guess no issues as there are no cars at all. for tesla people get the CCS adaptor."
