Join us for Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes, available online via Zoom on Tuesday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 AM EDT, or in person on Saturday mornings at the same time. For those seeking personalized guidance, we offer one-on-one Functional Integration instruction by appointment. Additionally, our Restorative Yoga class is held in person on Monday mornings from 10 to 11 AM, while Yoga For Strength and Flexibility takes place on Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. Don't miss our Pilates Mat class every Monday from 5 to 5:45 PM.
