We offer Taekwondo and Kickboxing classes at two convenient locations, serving various areas including Spotswood, Monroe Twp., East Brunswick, Old Bridge, Helmetta, Jamesburg, Parlin, Matawan, Aberdeen, Manalapan, Marlboro, Morganville, Keyport, and surrounding areas. Our programs cater to a wide range of ages, from 3 and up, including a Mini Masters skills program for ages 3 and 4, and Fitness Kickboxing for ages 18 and up.
