"Had two subs delivered with 2 small sides - $38. Food was good. They did mess up with one of the sides. Asked for potato salad received coleslaw. Wasn't fantastic probably won't order from there again."

"I should have read the reviews before I visited this location! I have been to the “Just subs in Greenbrook” several times. The first time the sandwich was amazing. Everything was fresh & I liked that they use good quality meats. I typically drive about 25 minutes to this location, which I don’t mind if the service & food is worth it. About a month ago, my & husband I agreed that the bread didn’t taste fresh on a sandwich we ordered. We decided to let it go. This was our first time ordering a wheat roll & thought maybe that was the reason. Yesterday, My daughter & I purchased turkey and cheese sandwiches on a regular roll. She took the first bite of her sandwich and mentioned that the bread was stale. I also had the same issue with mine. So I decided called the location just to inform the manager, to make him aware for future customers. I spoke to Mike the owner/manager and instead of him being open to hearing my concerns he was nasty, rude, curt, and insisted that I wasn’t telling the truth because the bread was fresh. Terrible customer service! I will never ever visit this establishment again. If you want good food, service & customer service, you won’t go here either!"
