When I get my eyebrows done and say that they are uneven they start staring rudely and not even giving a tissue. they never pick up the phone and when they do they speak extremely rudely and with no respect. I have to call them 3 times to cancel appointment for emergencies. Go here if you like being disrespected for mediocre services."
"I go here once a year for a basic haircut and am happy. It is easy to get an appointment and the price is reasonable. Also, their salon is clean. I also like that the employee does not engage in small talk with me. The conversation is only about the haircut and that is most ideal for me."
"I got balayage done by Hemi at Lotus. She was very thorough and replicated exactly what I wanted. She did a great job with hiding my grays as well. I loved how she knew exactly which color will suit my hair and skin complexion. I am so happy with my new look. Also, I got my eyebrows done with her and she is THE BEST AT IT!! It's very hard to shape my eyebrows due to gaps and defects but she did a fabulous job of shaping them and making them look perfect. Have never been so happy with my eyebrows. Don't have a picture of eyebrows but next time I ll take a picture and share."
"My husband and I went here during covid times, he hadn’t had a professional haircut in months so we thought of taking our chances. The place was ultra clean, service was by appointment only so they made sure there are appropriate number of people. The service in itself was great, my husband’s hairs looked great, he also got a hair color later. I got a hair spa and what was great about it was the massage I got, lovely! Lotus Salon is a little on the pricey side but their service is absolutely worth it."
