Kim's Martial Arts & Fitness is a health institution located at 45 Godwin Avenue in Midland Park, New Jersey, United States. For over 40 years, our school has been teaching traditional Tae Kwon Do, personalized to meet the individual needs of each student. Our curriculum focuses on goal setting, self improvement, self control, and self defense. We offer classes for children ages 4-6 to help them burn off energy, improve focus, and enhance coordination. Through our programs, children also learn self confidence, grit, discipline, and the importance of respect. Our goal is to get kids off their screens and active, building strength both mentally and physically to prepare them for the future.
