"These are the worst people to have do your taxes since Covid they have been unprofessional they charge 500 for a basic return to claim 1 dependent... if you go here they will also lose your personal files walk into the office they've been working out of for 2 years it's falling apart"

"I wished it were possible to give “0” stars. Taxes are already complicated enough, to give it to professionals who are blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional is worse. I’ve had nothing but horrid experience using this company. It happened not only once, but twice last year and now. The first time I chalked it up to being super busy and me submitting things last minute. However, that wasn’t the case. Submitted docs February, and still no word about my return. Missed scheduled meetings, conference calls and NO response to emails. When I call, someone will always call me black, because they are on the phone, yet they never do. Once, I scheduled a conference call, and when I called, I was told they were on a call with a client, I said “that’s interesting since they’re supposed to be talking to me.” Return is due in a couple days, and I’ve been told that it would have been uploaded to their canopy system a while back, and this has not been the case. I would NOT recommend this place. Disorganized, Unprofessional, Lack communication, disrespectful, and overall poor business management. You think going to tax professionals would make it easier for you, especially when taxes can be worrisome, these people do not help ease that worry."

"Normally, doing my taxes is a long and confusing process for me. This year, I was fortunate enough to find HDM Tax Group and they made the process so much easier and not stressful for me at all. I live in Los Angeles, CA so I was working with them remotely and it was still super easy! They are very professional, quick to answer all my questions, and efficient with having everything done in a timely manner.
