"I discovered Dr. Sarah and her business as a member of the gym she works out of. Having seen her poster, I researched her website and read about her business and philosophies. I liked what I saw and took a chance, as I am a firefighter and not an athlete of any sort. I have been struggling with years of accumulated damage to my body from my work, and suffer with poor body mechanics and movement patterns.
