Our specialized gym is dedicated to helping athletes of all levels enhance their speed, agility, and overall athletic performance in a supportive and competitive environment. At Higgins Speed Lab, we understand that each athlete is unique. Our program begins with a comprehensive assessment to evaluate your current speed and body weight strength. This assessment, available Monday through Friday at 3:30 PM and Saturday at 9 AM, helps us place you in a small group class with peers of similar age and skill level. After the assessment, you'll have a one-on-one discussion with Coach Higgins to review your results and discuss personalized training plans and pricing options.
