"I’ve been to Greco a couple years ago for a ring that was given to me as a gift that I needed resized that was purchased at the shop. I remember that experience being pleasant and quick. Fast forward a couple years- I purchased a diamond bezel set tennis bracelet and when it arrived, I found was too big for my liking. I decided to take it to Greco and see if they could take a few links out. Let me tell you the service I received was outstanding. Not only did I bring the bracelet in around 1PM, a half hour later they called me to come back to the shop and try the bracelet on before it was re-soldered back together. I receive a call the next morning around 11 AM that it was ready for pick up. Less than a 24 hour turnaround! How incredible is that?! The women working in the shop were very pleasant and so helpful. They even called Tony out to get his opinion on what I was looking for to be sure that I could get the fit that I really wanted. And, I thought their pricing for the service was very reasonable- even more so because of the care that was taken with my request! Greco has my business from here on out, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone that’s looking for a reliable and honest jeweler."
