"I have natural nails. Went in for a gel manicure bc I was in the area. I believe it was my second time there, convenience factor is why I choose here. I’ve never had 4 fingers lift and 3 nails break (yes break), within 5 days. They didn’t even go a week! They have to be using a thinner or very cheap products for this to happen, bc this is really a first and I’ve been doing my nails for over 20 years. Also, up charge if you use a card. I can accept that, I can even accept that it’s not the cleanest place, but 5 days? What a waste of money."

"VERY UNHYGIENIC NAIL SALON I usually get my nails done somewhere else but that place was closed so I decided to get them done here since they were the only one open on weekend. NONE of the tools are SANITIZED before they use it on you. The nail filer looked disgusting and worn out. I was praying throughout the session that I hope I don't get any nail infection. One of the areas towards the hand washing basin smelled like a dead rat and I was so upset as I was asked to walk up there to wash my hands. The nail paint they use is a cheap local brand that started chipping on the 3rd day. No massage was done during the pedicure. I could go on and on but I will just end here by saying PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT HYGIENE."

"I just left after getting my nails done and I must say that I am very pleased with the service and the quality work. They were extremely accommodating. I was skeptical walking in as a first-time customer because the gentleman doing my nails looked very young so I assumed he was not experienced, but boy was I wrong. He did a great job. And the other nail technician stepped in to help with my design (I wanted an abstract face freehanded on one nail). I had a specific idea in mind for my nails and they delivered with ease. And the other gentleman at the counter that took my payment was very kind and was sure to ask if I was satisfied with my nails. It is very nice to see shops that actually care about customer satisfaction and not just taking your money. He also gave me a nice little treat on my way out which was a very kind gesture. Nice unexpected personal touch to service. 10/10 stars. Update: Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this salon. After two weeks, two nails fell off of each hand- a total of 4 nails completely gone and a few that were lifting and looked like they would fall off any minute. This is unacceptable after paying for a full set. The salon uses cheap products to cut costs but it is at the cost of losing returning customers. After week 3, I went to another nail salon to get the remaining nails soaked off. The nail technician there told me never to return to the salon I got this full set. She said she can tell by the smell that the acrylic used has MMA in it, which is extremely harmful and is banned from use in nail products by the FDA. Despite the great service I received at this salon, nails falling off is unacceptable. I can not even give this salon a second chance to redeem itself after learning that they use cheap products with MMA in it. Such a shame."
