"I have only gotten haircuts from Doug, since he cut my hair at a previous salon/shop, and he’s the man. He cuts my hair EXACTLY how I like it, gives recommendations on styles/products if and when I ask, and is the most consistent barber I’ve ever had. My mom goes to him to and says the same, showing he is great at both men’s and women’s hair."
"Best way to lose a potential new client is to do a wash and trim in 20 minutes...very disappointed. went in yesterday after reading all the wonderful reviews about this salon and especially Doug. When Doug came up i recognized him immediately, used to work at Hair Cuttery in Somerset. He had cut my hair a few years back and nothing special then. My hair is a bit longer and i asked specifically to keep my sideburns straight and long and to keep the back longer but thin it and make it closer to my head. i got short square sideburns and my back was barely cut...and i HATE square sideburns, Haircut looks like a bad 80's haircut. This is what happens when a stylist is on a 15 minute program. I can't understand why the rush job especially since i was new and 1st time here. Waste of $30 and a $7 tip as i would never stiff anyone even after a bad haircut. MY search for a stylist who isn't in a rush will continue. I won't be back to this salon."
