"Lived here for 6 years, maintenance is quick and friendly, trusted them alone with my dog. Very dog friendly, very quiet (not too many kids running around) the walls are pretty thin though and things could definitely use some updating but for the price and the space it was totally worth it. The apartment was huge in comparison to north jersey. Convenient access to highways and having the park across the street is perfect. The traffic and noise on the main road is excessive though, but my apartment was right there too."
"Well run and maintained. Management is strict but it works: peaceful and friendly environment. If you think rules don't apply to you, you will hate it here, look elsewhere. My maintenance issues are all resolved within a day of my calling the office, which I much appreciate. Buildings are old, so issues do crop up from time to time."
