"This has been an ongoing issue with what they call Wal ease help you sleep like a NyQuil thing without all the dies and all the other stuff just to sleep I hve tried for 3 weeks I've been trying to get it they tell me try at the end of the day on a Friday I tried never have it today they had buy one get one free and they only had one which is usually the case so I don't know if I should change stores I tried to find a store that I can actually Supply it cuz this seems like they have a ton of DayQuil and NyQuil and all that stuff but this one thing they don't have and they never have and I may have to change stores and providers for my medication"

"I have been a Walgreens customer at this location in particular for the past 3 years. Today 6/15, I was witness to an encounter between a customer and the cashier. The customer was absolutely a doll, very friendly and pleasant to all customers that came across her throughout the store, myself included. She was checking out at the register and asked the cashier for a couple packs of cigarettes to add to her order. Handing them to her the cashier all of a sudden asked her for her drivers license. The poor girl frantically started looking for it then remembered she had left it in another purse. The look that instantly came across the cashiers face was horrifying to say the least while getting very loud and rude demanding the cigarettes back from her. The customer was in complete shock and walked out which I don't blame her with the cashier seeking some sort of verbal validation of victory after the customer was no longer in earshot. What a horrible employee you have employed there with her actions and attitude that was totally uncalled for and never again will I ever step into that store again!"

"We (Me and my wife) came to Walgreen at Whiting to have covid test done prior to my wife overseas trip on Saturday, 2/26/2022. Ms Monica attended to us via the drive thru. She was very professional and has a lot of patience. Shes the type of employee that Walgreen need to represent them. Incredible lady. Please make this 10 Stars."
