"I brought my Rolair compressor there for service, as i got their name from the Rolair website. I dropped it off and asked to be notified of any repairs needed before they went forward. I called twice a week for three weeks and never got a response from the mechanic himself, only the run around from the help desk. They told me he would call me back later in the day. When I called back they said that he'd left. This week I called and they said he was looking at it now and he'd call me later. Never called and i wasn't able to get him when I called back. So I drove there and asked what the deal was. The guy at the desk said that the mechanic was out but that my machine was being worked on in the shop. This was a lie because my machine was still outside on a pallet where I left it three weeks ago uncovered in the rain. I told the desk person I wanted to take it with me and he said I couldn't because it was in pieces. I told him it was outside untouched in one piece and I wanted it in my truck immediately. Someone else who was much nicer came over and said that the mechanic had not been in for a while because he had covid, and that they were backed up months with the compressors they had to work on. Now, I would have been very understanding if I had been told any of that during any of the 8 phone calls I made to the shop, but I was lied to both on the phone and to my face. I called the other ASI in Lakewood to see if they had anyone who could help me but apparently they dont have any mechanics of their own and they just send theirs to Lawrenceville. I'm an understanding guy, people get sick and businesses get busy I get it, but dont out-and-out lie to my face, it's ridiculous."
