Senior outreach in Northfield, New Jersey

The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center is located at 661 Jackson Road in Buena Vista Township, New Jersey. The center is dedicated to serving the needs of families, youth, disabled individuals, and senior citizens in the community. With a caring staff of professionals, they provide assessment, guidance, counseling, and information and referral services to ensure that residents receive the support they need. The center is part of the Atlantic County Department of Intergenerational Services, which has been offering programs and services to the community for over 30 years. The center hosts various events throughout the year, including the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day activities and the Christmas Celebration. Mayor Chuck Chiarello, Miss Buena Victoria Cox, Santa, and his Elves were all in attendance at the MLK Christmas Celebration in December 2014.
