"This is the worst condition parking deck I've ever parked in. It is constantly under construction. So many parking spaces are closed off because concrete is falling from the ceiling and there is rust and water dripping on cars. They let in more cars than spaces allow so cars are routinely parked in aisles and pathways making it hard to get out. People camp inside the back corners of the deck overnight and leave their campsite materials around the cars. Plus they increased the price so it went from costing $12 a few years ago to $23 to park for 2 hours."

"They have a construction going on shutting down almost half of the garage, making it harder for even monthly parking. And check the surroundings of your car before driving, I found a big sharp nail in front of my car this morning. The construction team must hv left it here. In the meantime they still started to share parking with the church across the street. As a monthly customer, not to mention work days, every Sunday I couldn’t even find a spot if coming home before 4pm. Now they are closing down more parking spots in the lot? Where do they expect their monthly customer to go?"

"Random construction going on without early notice. A long plastic bag from their construction leftover went under my car and got attached to my exhaust pipe. I had to go to the auto repair shop for it. I have multiple places of car paint damage because of the acid leaks from the ceiling. And this place charged $325 a month. THE WORST PARKING GARAGE. Would give 0 star."

"They jacked up the monthly rate when they found out construction was going on in the area. From 250 to 325. There are homeless people living in this garage every day. Your car is not safe here, you’ll leave with disgusting liquid all over your car and a huge coat of dust. The valets have no problem jamming up the lower level by over parking cars where they shouldn’t be making it a pain just to exit. This garage sucks, park at the port authority lot across the street it’s cheaper and your car won’t look like it went off roading after parking it for 8 hours."

"Be careful when parking there. In several locations there's acid dripping from leaks in the ceiling. Also expect a thick layer of dust on your car when parking there in the morning hours (debris removal from construction above is being handled on the garage premises. Management makes absolutely no effort to address any of the issues and complaints. I had to get a lawyer involved. I you notice any white drips on your car, remove them immediately as it damages the paint if not removed immediately."
