"Horrible post office.no wonder the GOVT is shutting down these facilities. I have been calling for the past 2 days and finally got through after trying 22 times apparently the supervisor Edgar wasn’t around so I left a message for him to call me back about my mailbox issue. He didn’t bother calling me back. So I have been calling since morning and no one is answering. I hope the govt shuts down all the post offices because we donot get any customer service. These people are riding on their high horses. They need to be taken down. I am out of the state right now so cannot go in in person. Horrible that this post office much like the hasbrouck heights post office doesn’t bother answering the phones. Useless pos!! Shut them down!!"

"I am a Carlton hill resident in East Rutherford and I am sick of my packages being delivered at the wrong building. When I track the package on USPS it reads delivered but than it doesn't show up at all or for another 2 weeks and this has happened more than once."

"This is the second time I’ve needed a package urgently. I pushed off other things I needed to today because I knew I had to be home to sign for this. They didn’t even ring the doorbell. They just left a notice to pick it up after the weekend. This is completely unacceptable. I made the time to make sure I was here when the mail arrives and instead of even trying to delivery it they left a pick up notice. I will be in to complain in person and find out why the people delivering the mail are not doing their jobs."

"Love this post office. I live in the next town over but our post office is terrible. We got married and had a baby recently so we've had a lot of shipping needs like returns, pictures, thank yous etc. The staff here is always so patient and helpful. One time they even went through 100 thank you notes with us, one by one, weighing them to made sure we had enough postage. It's always fast friendly and helpful service."
