"One of the nicest apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. Very spacious, modern decor and appliances. The leasing manager is amazing and the buildings and grounds are consistently well maintained. Plenty of parking for both residents and guests. Great pool and a workout area with plenty of cardio and strength machines. A bit pricey but absolutely worth the money."

Everyone seems to care about the happiness of the residents who live here. My family loves the community and we use the gym (and pool when it’s in season) frequently. Both amenities are great and have never been overly crowded. My husband and I both have indoor parking spots which are included in the cost of the rent. My kids are happy with the amount of space we have here. We couldn’t be happier at Oakes Pond!"
