"Worst experience ever. Got my hair done here and Mina knows nothing about hair especially curly. Which is odd since she has wavy hair herself. So unless you have straight or a slight wave to your hair, go somewhere else. They seem to be a one trick pony. She was also rude to me and scatterbrain. All of the woman working there seemed unprofessional and gossipy. I understand it is a lot of women in one space but they talk badly of their clients when they’re not there and once they leave. With the amount of salons in Denville I would recommend everyone to go to another salon. Severely overpriced for nothing. Go down the street and get the same or better haircut for WAY less. They do nothing special here. Although the decor inside is nice, they need to spend less time on interior decorating and more time on knowing how to style hair."

"My long hair in cut in less than 10 minutes and it was the worst cut I ever got to date. I could have done a better job. Mina is clueless about layering long hair even after I showed her photos of what I wanted. Mina cut it much shorter than I showed her and it will take months to get it back into decent shape."

"I’ve been getting my hair cut at the Lounge for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The folks that work there are classy, professional and very talented. I’m always greeted when I walk in, offered a coffee or a water. They’re attentive, thoughtful and 99.9% of the time right on schedule. I’ve never been made to wait in almost ten years. My stylist is Mina. She’s an absolutely amazing woman who somehow manages to handle my mop. She’s a miracle worker. Plus, she’s the owner and her talents go beyond hair. She somehow manages to hire the best people. From experienced stylists to entry-level staff right out of school, she has an eye for talent, style and personality. I LOVE the people who work there. So much so, I drive an hour from PA to get my hair cut. Highly recommended."
