"A neighbor left his apartment for a month and we had a roach infestation that they never cared to help fix. I tried everything and told them to help but they don’t care. Heat, omg heat, apartment was always freezing in the winter. Super doesn’t work on weekends so if something crazy happens you better wait till Monday and if it’s a holiday good luck finding help. Lived there for 5 years until I finally bought a house, worst experience ever !!! Stay away if you can."

"Well where to begin, after being away 15 days this is what I need to deal with, they do not help or care. I had 4 floods in years. Also sewer is so bad that neighbors was able to clog once in a month or two. Yeah, we share plumbing pipes. Electricity go off when you plug your heater that you NEED to use since you don't have warm radiators. My friendly advice is stay away."

"This has to be the worst place to live in Northern NJ. Where do I start, when it's below freezing they do not provide any heat which is just crazy luckily I have a portable heater to keep me, my wife and my daughter warm at night. The kitchen sink constantly has leaks in the pipes underneath causing the cabinets to get wet and flood the kitchen floor. You better hope that nothing breaks in the apartment on the weekend cause they will not come to you cause they do not work on the weekends it would have to wait for Monday or Tuesday depending on when they can get to you. I wouldn't even advise my worst enemy to live in these apartments. I regret living here every day and I have only lived about 11 months once my lease is up I'm getting the hell out of here and not looking back. For $1500 a month they should be giving you great service. If I would give this place zero stars I would. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"STAY AWAY!!!!! It is 24 degrees outside and we have NO heat. I called to let them know hours ago and it still isn't fixed. They don't care about the safety or well being of tenants. Almost $1,700 a month and I have no heat. My poor daughter is freezing. The "renovations" made in the apartments so they can charge you more are cheap, not well done and will not last. There are better apartments that cost less and you can trust will have heat right before a snow storm. Money hungry pigs."
