"Too many rundown trailer homes for my taste but well run good management and most of the people are soo nice. A good place to live if you can afford to renovate and don't mind a rundown trailer park. Fees to live there are about $320 a month there is no tax you register as a motor vehicle."

Some of the people state that they have been living there since 1975, which would make them 102 years old according to the 55+ Same for more then several other reviews where they state either how long, how old, what year as far as moving in/living... ???"

"Gonna be my new home. Reasonable lot rent, friendly people, and very quaint. Greg the guy who manages the park very personable. Known many who have lived here in the past. No complaints New manager here. Awesome and caring about our community. Her parents lived here so she was already familiar. She's takes her job seriously. Highly recommend!!!"
